Service Terms
The present Terms govern the Private Transfer service organised by Vetrina S.r.l., owner of the Now Apartments brand, and available by reservation for its guests and clients.
We kindly invite you to read the following information carefully before proceeding with the booking of the service.
1. Service description
The Private Transfer service provides direct transportation to and from Now Apartments, to/from:
- Rome Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci);
- Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA);
- Rome Termini Railway Station;
- Port of Civitavecchia.
The service is private and exclusively dedicated to the client who books it.
The transfer is carried out through specialised third-party providers, selected by Vetrina S.r.l., holding the required authorisations for non-scheduled public transport services (NCC).
2. Role of Vetrina S.r.l.
Vetrina S.r.l. does not directly provide the transport service, but acts as an organiser and intermediary, handling the booking and coordination of the service with the appointed providers.
The actual execution of the transfer is the responsibility of the transport service provider.
3. Booking and payment
The booking of the service takes place exclusively online through the form available on the official Now Apartments website.
- Payment is required at the time of booking;
- Payments are processed via Stripe, using credit or debit cards;
- The service is considered confirmed only after successful payment;
Once confirmed, the client will receive a summary email containing the service details.
4. Information provided by the client
For the correct organisation of the service, the client is required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information, including:
- Date and time of arrival;
- Reference airport, station or port;
- Flight, train or ship number;
- Number of passengers;
- Estimated number of luggage items;
- Active phone number.
Vetrina S.r.l. shall not be held liable for any disruption or inconvenience resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.
5. Meeting the driver
- Airport arrivals: the driver will wait for the client at the “N.C.C. and Limo Service” meeting point, holding a sign with the name provided at the time of booking.
- Arrivals at the station or port: the meeting point details will be communicated by email prior to arrival.
The driver will have the client’s phone number for any operational communication.
6. Delays and waiting time
The service is monitored based on the information provided by the client.
In the event of flight, train or ship delays, the pickup time will be adjusted at no additional cost, provided that the flight, train or ship number has been correctly indicated at the time of booking.
The service includes a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time or from the actual arrival time of the train or ship, as recorded by official monitoring systems.
After this period, an additional charge of €50 per each extra hour of waiting will apply, calculated from the actual arrival time.
The additional charge shall also apply where the extended waiting time is due to the customer’s voluntary stay inside the terminal, personal stops, or failure to provide timely communication.
If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours without any communication from the customer, the service may be considered cancelled and non-refundable.
7. Cancellations and no-show
Any requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated promptly.
In the event of a no-show, failure to arrive or cancellation without prior notice, the service is non-refundable.
8. Limitation of liability
Vetrina S.r.l. shall not be held liable for:
- delays caused by traffic, weather conditions or exceptional events;
- strikes, road closures or force majeure events;
- conduct, delays or service issues attributable to the transport service provider;
- issues arising from incorrect data provided by the client.

10. Acceptance of the terms
By booking the Private Transfer service, the client declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.
