Booking and Stay Conditions
To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant, safe and worry-free stay, we have gathered on this page the booking conditions and main house rules of Now Apartments.
We kindly invite you to read them carefully before your arrival. You will find useful information regarding check-in and check-out, included and extra services, house rules and safety policies, designed to offer you a clear and transparent experience from the very first moment.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
Our staff is on site daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM to welcome you in person.
For arrivals after 7:00 PM, a convenient self check-in option is available via keypad. In this case, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in before arrival by uploading the required documents through the procedure that will be sent to you via email.
In compliance with current regulations, in-person verification of identity documents is still required the following day.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is subject to availability and includes the following fees:
- From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM → €10 per additional hour;
- From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM → €20 per additional hour;
- After 3:00 pm → the cost of one full night will be charged.
Please inform us in advance of any special requirements so we can check availability.
Luggage Storage
In case of early arrival, complimentary luggage storage is available from 10:30 am.
On the day of departure, luggage can be stored free of charge until 2:00 pm.
After this time and until 7:00 pm, a fee of €10 per additional hour will apply.
Alternatively, guests may use the Locker In The City luggage storage service, located at Via di Santa Maria dell’Anima, 54, approximately a 4-minute walk from the property.
By booking online through the dedicated link, a 10% discount on the standard rate is available.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Apartment cleaning is carried out daily from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, except on Sundays. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. An extra linen or towel change can be requested at a cost of €5 per person per request.
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, therefore guests are requested to avoid noise that may disturb others. Parties or events are not permitted inside the apartments. The property is reserved exclusively for registered guests; external visitors are not allowed without prior authorisation. For safety and energy efficiency reasons, all appliances and air conditioning must be turned off when the apartment is unoccupied.
For security purposes, please ensure the apartment door is locked every time you leave. When exiting the building, guests are required to close the main entrance door.
Pet Policy
To ensure maximum comfort and the best possible stay for all guests, pets are not allowed inside the apartments.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. To respect all guests and the property, smoking is permitted only outside the building.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay.
In the event of inappropriate behaviour that compromises the comfort of other guests or the proper functioning of the property, management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
Damage Policy
In accordance with applicable regulations, any damages identified will be charged at check-out. Guests are kindly requested to report any issues or damages promptly during their stay.
The property cannot be held responsible for deterioration, damage or loss attributable to the guest, such as cases where the apartment door is not properly closed. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for unforeseeable events such as theft or exceptional circumstances.
Safety Policy
To ensure maximum safety for our guests, all common areas are remotely video monitored.
