Booking & Arrival

Organising your arrival in Rome has never been easier. Here you’ll find all the essential information about check-in times, luggage storage and the exclusive benefits reserved for guests who book directly through our website. Everything you need to start your stay in the best possible way — stress-free.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. The reception is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, you can access the property independently using our electronic keypad. In this case, we kindly ask you to:
  • complete the online check-in before your arrival by uploading the required documents;
  • please note that, as required by Italian law, our staff will carry out an in-person document verification on the day following your arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged as follows:
  • From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm → €10 per additional hour
  • From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm → €20 per additional hour
  • After 3:00 PM → the cost of an additional night will be charged

Yes, luggage storage is available according to the following conditions:
  • On the day of arrival, luggage storage is free of charge starting from 10:30 am
  • On the day of departure, luggage storage is free of charge until 2:00 pm
After 2:00 pm and until 7:00 pm, a fee of €10 per additional hour applies. Alternatively, guests can use the Locker In The City luggage storage service, located approximately 4 minutes’ walk from the property, with the possibility of obtaining a 10% discount by booking online.

Comfort, design and functionality: every Now Apartments apartment is designed to offer you a unique experience in the heart of Rome. In this section you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about amenities, internet connection and housekeeping during your stay.

Each apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, mini fridge and coffee machine; high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, safe, Essenzialmente Laura courtesy products, bathrobes, towels and much more.
Yes, all apartments offer free high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
Apartment cleaning is carried out daily from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, except on Sundays. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. If you would like an extra change, it is available at a cost of €5 per person.
Yes, the building is equipped with an elevator, allowing you to reach your apartment comfortably, even with luggage or strollers.
Yes, a baby cot is available upon request for infants. We recommend informing us at the time of booking to ensure availability.
At check-in, we provide one set of keys, including the key for the main entrance door and the apartment door. We currently use a traditional key system with a standard lock, although we are working towards introducing more modern solutions. We kindly suggest organising with your travel companions while keeping this in mind.

Yes, we offer a convenient private transfer service to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. The service can be booked and paid for directly online through our website. Yes, we also offer a private transfer service to and from Rome Termini train stations. The service can be booked and paid for online. During the booking process, you will be asked to provide the arrival train time and train number to ensure smooth organisation.

House Rules

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for you and all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed inside the apartments.
No, smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed only outside the building, in consideration of other guests and the property.
No, for security and privacy reasons, access to the apartments is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Any external visitors are allowed only with prior authorisation from our staff.

Location & Getting Around

Now Apartments is located in the heart of Rome, in one of the city’s most charming areas.
Here you’ll find all the useful information on how to reach us, what to visit nearby and where to park if you are travelling by car.

We are located at Via della Vetrina 2, in the Rione Ponte district, just a few steps from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Castel Sant’Angelo. A central and ideal location for exploring Rome on foot.
You can easily reach us by taxi, public transport or by booking a private transfer.

Now Apartments does not have on-site parking, but we have agreements with two nearby private garages:
  • Parking Giulia (Via Bravaria 8)
  • City Park Express (Via Paola 21)
Both garages are within a few minutes’ walk from the property. Guests who choose Parking Giulia benefit from a 10% discount for stays longer than 12 hours. Please note that the property is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so we recommend parking before entering the historic centre.
Yes, Now Apartments is located in Rome’s historic centre, within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Car access is restricted during certain hours, therefore we recommend parking at one of the affiliated garages nearby. More details are available in our dedicated guide: How to reach us – By car
The nearest taxi stands to Now Apartments are just a few minutes’ walk away:

  • Piazza della Chiesa Nuova
Both are convenient and central locations to catch a taxi at any time of day. Alternatively, you can call a taxi at +39 06 3570, use official apps such as IT Taxi or Free Now, or ask our staff to book one for you.

Payments & City Tax

Some practical information about payment methods and timing for the city tax, to avoid any surprises upon arrival.

The city tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. You can choose to pay it in cash upon arrival, or request a payment link to settle it in advance using a credit card or digital payment methods (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
